It's been a great year for Inbound FinTech so far this year. Firstly, we became a Platinum-Tiered HubSpot Partner, reflecting our fast growth as an agency, and last week we picked up two HubSpot Impact Awards. We’re really chuffed with this recognition for our team's hard work helping clients to drive business growth on the platform.
What's great about our success in the HubSpot Impact awards is the range of skills it shows we have in our locker. We've carefully built a team with the strategic expertise and the technical know-how to deliver results and help businesses to grow and drive high-quality leads. But enough of the love-in, here's an overview of the projects that caught HubSpot's attention.
Sales enablement and pipeline optimisation
Leading Tech consultancy and CPQ specialists, Walpole Partnership, came to us looking to expand its lead sources. As an experienced Oracle partner, most of its leads came from referrals, the partner portal and industry events. Inbound FinTech devised a range of lead generation strategies to create a net new pipeline of leads, through data-driven inbound marketing strategies and hyper-targeted paid campaigns.
The next step in the journey was to work closely with Walpole’s Sales team to help them optimise their pipeline and make the most of the business leads generated from the campaigns. We used HubSpot’s wide range of Sales tools and our Sales Enablement expertise to streamline the lead generation and nurturing process. This involved the following:

Innovative app integrations
Our agency has a lot of experience helping FinTech start-ups to grow, and this includes launching mobile apps. We recently helped one of our clients, TalkRemit, to launch their global money transfer app, after integrating their platform and its third-party solutions with HubSpot.
Launching an app is a complicated process, as there are so many things to consider and so many systems and processes that have to be aligned, to deliver a smooth user experience and get a comprehensive picture of customer usage and data.
One of the challenges was finding an app integration solution that met all of the client’s requirements. It also had to serve the needs of the users and offer the required level of visibility and reporting capabilities to track, monitor and manage user journey data, SLAs and other key metrics.
